Guns for Drugs
The attached article talks about U.S. arms dealer trading with Haitian drug lord. This lead to 1,600 people murdered in 2009. Quite possible because of Jamaica's inability to prevent illegally smuggled weapons from their borders and getting into the hands of criminals. It then goes on to talk about how the Obama Administration intends to solve it.

Among the products for sale are prostitution, drugs, guns, ammunition, and human trafficking. Despite the fact that it seems so immoral, it has boosted the economy to new heights.
